Step 6 - System Acceptance
The next phase is the period of actual member use and
MLS team verification resulting in "system acceptance"
which is defined in the System Agreement and further
elaborated on in the SOW. Once the system is accepted
by you, your account is assigned to a support team (also
comprised of Fidelity National Information Solutions
employees who have played a crucial role in the installation
process) headed up by a System Consultant (SC) who then
becomes your primary Fidelity National Information Solutions
contact for system questions and support issues that
may develop. The installation process is complete.
