Step 3 - Customizing Your Signature Solution
The PM continues to work with you to meet the milestone
dates outlined in the SOW. It now becomes time to visit
the specific items that comprise the minute details
of the installation. Analysts are sent to your location
to meet with you and your team to discuss the screens,
reports and other forms that will comprise your system.
In the event you chose a Fidelity National Information
Solutions public records option, a separate team of
analysts will work with you to develop similar inputs/outputs
for the public records data. You and the Fidelity National
Information Solutions analysts will detail and define
a set of specifications which will be used as a "boilerplate"
to program your system. Once specifications have been
signed by both parties, programming begins.
Regularly scheduled telephone meetings are then initialized
with the PM, Fidelity National Information Solutions
installation team and your MLS team partnering in an
information exchange on each call. (We suggest that
your MLS team be an integral part of the design and
testing processes throughout the installation phase).
