MacCom

MacCom allows users of Macintosh computers to access the Fidelity National Information Solutions MaestroT MLS system via modem and phone line.

MacCom emulates a Televideo terminal and responds to many additional commands created for Maestro. These Maestro additions to the Televideo standard provide on-line photos, printing capabilities, and hints about the format of Maestro display screens.

• Enhanced Maestro Support: MacCom automatically detects Maestro, supports clicking in fields and lists, adds a scroll bar to scrolling lists, and supports compressed printing.
  
  
• Easier Setup and Support: The user interface has been redesigned and Modem Setup supports the most common modems directly (no import).
  
  
• Faster Printing · Apple Guide On-Line Help: MacCom's new On-Line Help uses the Apple Guide coaching system included with System 7.5.
  
  
• Context Sensitive Buttons: More, context-related buttons make MacCom even easier to use.
  
  
• Supports Macintosh Drag and Drop
