A bright, colorful Microsoft® Windows®-based user interface gives you the flexibility to present MLS information in customized screens and reports. Frequently used search criteria, such as zip codes and property types, can be saved for use on future searches.

Professional Presentations
A comprehensive Report WriterT makes it fast and easy to create powerful flyers, presentations and other reports from the listings you've selected. Once your reports are created, property information and photos can be automatically displayed in either a custom-designed or standard report.

Integrated Client Information
An integrated Client Database provides a place to store client data including not just name, address and phone but also reports created within the program - such as MLS search reports, tax search results, financial analyses, CMA's and Buyers Tours. When you pull up a client record, it's easy to review all the activities you've completed for that client.

Seamless E-Mail
Responding to client requests for information on a specific listing has never been easier. Simply search the MLS database for the requested property and send the listing and photo as an e-mail attachment - all from within the program.

Customized Calculations

There are three powerful add-on modules available for use with the ListingsManager products:

Street MapsT
With Fidelity National Information Solutions optional Street Maps module, you can quickly see where properties are located and create maps for each listing, complete with listing details, property status and photos. It's easy to do a radius search for properties in a specific area and view the results right on the map - including points of interest such as schools and parks. Simply click on the house icon to display any standard or custom report.

CMA ProT
Fidelity National Information Solutions optional CMA Pro module helps you create a comprehensive marketing plan for each CMA, complete with calendar, resume, cover letter, seller's net sheet, and list versus sold price comparison

Buyer's TourT
Create continuous on-screen and printed tours of the properties you intend to show with Fidelity National Information Solutions optional Buyer's Tour module. Photos and listings information are pulled automatically from the MLS. Create an impressive presentation with just a few clicks of the mouse.
