PC Access provides a familiar Microsoft® Windows® interface
which makes the program extremely easy to set up and use.
An integrated Modem Wizard speeds you through system configuration
and modem set-up. Built-in scripting capabilities let you
save frequently used log-in and search routines - making every
search and prospecting session more productive. You can even
program for delayed log-ins to automatically retrieve the
latest hot-sheets.
Easy Internet Option
Your host can be accessed in a number of ways with PC
Access. Establish a modem connection between your PC and the
host system. Or, access the host over the Internet for fast,
accurate and secure information. Maintain different settings
for home and office. Flexible connection options provide instant
access to the Internet.
NEW! Internet Linking at Its Finest
The new version of PC Access offers agents the ability to
link to any Internet site via a compatible URL. Detailed demographic
data can be linked to any listing. For those who need to map
several listings, use the newly created feature linking PC
Access directly to MapQuest.com, one of the most popular mapping
engines on the Internet.
Integrated E-mail and Fax
PC Access makes it easy to e-mail summary or full photo listings
to your clients - instantly. Simply select the listing, edit
it as desired, add the e-mail address and click on send. You
can add client messages to listings and send the same information
via fax or e-mail.
Printing on Demand
Want a quick laser print of today's hot-sheets - or would
you prefer full-color print-outs for your clients? With a
push of a button, you can toggle back and forth between printers.
You can also adjust the font size to print only one listing
per page - which creates a more effective presentation.
Automatic Slide Shows
Want to show a number of properties while holding an open
house? Simply push a button on your laptop to bring up the
slide show you created with PC Access. Or, capture screens
of information for your next meeting without re-dialing into
the host.

Adding the Personal Touch
With PC Access Flyer, you can automatically download full-color
MLS listing data and photos into any of the pre-designed
flyer templates provided - or create a customized layout
of your own using the easy Template Designer.
An Agent Set-Up feature provides a place to store personal
information so that all your flyers feature pictures of
you as well as your name, phone numbers, company logo and
more.
Customized headers and footers, complete with your photo

Listing Editor

listings and import them into PC Access Flyer before disconnecting
from the host. You can then finish creating your flyers
and presentations whenever and wherever you like. You can
add, modify and delete listings, keeping the current information

Want to review your on-line session? PC Access automatically
records the text for each session - so all you have to do
is click the "Scroll Back" button to see where you've been.
